Ann R. Balducci

Ann Rosa Balducci, a CT native, was born on January 20, 1964 in Waterbury, CT and passed peacefully the morning of March 7, 2024 after a long battle with cancer.
Ann worked many years in the healthcare field. Ann was the life of the party, bright, loud, beautiful, and a little bit of crazy. She never met a flower she didn’t like and had the greenest thumb. Her passion and skills in the garden were equally matched in the kitchen with the exception of the occasional “hockey pucks.” With a rock n’ roll heart and loving charisma she attracted many people that became life-long friends and extended family.
Ann will be greatly missed by her family and friends, but will forever be in our hearts. We will remember her immortal strength to fight as well as her tenacity to live life happily. Burial to be held privately by family and a celebration of life to follow in Spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wolcott Hall in Torrington or the Thomaston Food Pantry.
