Winsted- Mr. Adrian A. Currier, 68, died Saturday morning, January 10, at the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington. He was the husband of the late Lacinda (Schlim) Currier.
Mr. Currier was born February 8, 1946 in Bristol, son of the late Arthur and Vianna (Farr) Currier. He had been employed as a machinist for 48 years at Pratt and Whitney. He was a longtime volunteer for the Thomaston Little league and enjoyed hunting in Vermont with family members and fishing.
He is survived by two sons, Douglas A. Currier and Paul R. Currier both of Thomaston; three daughters, Janet M. Currier and Richard Pasko of Torrington, Peggy C. Geddes and her husband Jeffrey of Thomaston and Jo Ann L. Egan and her husband Marty of Terryville; three brothers, Ora Currier of Thomaston, Raymond Currier of Winsted and Mark Currier of VT; three sisters, Claudia Belanger of Winsted, Darlene Hendricks of Torrington and Cindy Montiero of Torrington; six grandchildren, Tyler Geddes, Amanda Currier, Megan Geddes, Patrick Currier, Ashley Currier and Jonathan Pasko and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements: Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in the spring in the West Cemetery in Plymouth. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are in the care of the Lyons Funeral Home 46 High St. Thomaston.
