Plymouth- Allen E. Foster, Jr, 32, died on Friday, December 7. He was the husband of Amanda L. (Quint) Foster. Allen was born August 31, 1980 in Derby, son of Allen E. and Mary M. (Tretiak) Foster, Sr of Terryville. An avid outdoorsman, Allen enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. He will be remembered as an excellent cook; but most especially as a loving and devoted father who enjoyed spending as much time as he could with his daughters. He had been employed as a driver for Bozzutos IGA in Cheshire for eight years. In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by two daughters, Brianna Foster and Jessica Foster, both of Plymouth; two sisters, Theresa Schulz of Danbury and Tammy Foster of Terryville; one niece; one nephew and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements: A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 13, at 11:00 A.M. at the Lyons Funeral Home 46 High St. Thomaston, with the Rev. Richard Fowler officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Burial will be private.
