Northfield - Mrs. Bertha Mary (Vysocka) Barlow, 87, formerly of Northfield, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2015 at the Paradigm Healthcare Center in Torrington. She was the widow of Mr. Haughton B. Barlow II Bertha was born on January 26, 1928 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Joseph and Tekla (Opalinski) Vysocka. She was a simple woman who enjoyed the simple things in life, like traveling with her husband to Disney World. She was loved by all. She leaves behind several nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Riverside Cemetery in Waterbury.
