Obituary

Winchester Candi Lynn Fenn, 36, passed away on Tuesday, July 18. She was the fiance of Conrad Hock. Candi was born June 5, 1981 in Waterbury, daughter of Donald W. Fenn, Jr of Griswold and the late Judy Ann Embelton. Raised in Thomaston she attended local schools and was a graduate of Thomaston High School. She was currently enrolled in the Registered Nurses Program at Naugatuck Valley Community College. She will be remembered for her love of the outdoors, animals and her desire to help others; but most especially her love for her son Hunter. In addition to her father and fiance she is survived by her son Hunter Hock of Winchester; two sisters, Jody Brzoska and Tiffany Torres, both of Thomaston; her Paternal Grandmother, Doris Fenn of Norwich; two nieces; three nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her Paternal Grandfather, Donald W. Fenn, Sr and her Maternal Grandparents, William Embelton and Joan (Cahill) Embelton. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 25, at 11:30 A.M. at St. Thomas Church in Thomaston. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday morning from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at the Lyons Funeral Home 46 High St. Thomaston.
