Bristol Carol Jean Lyons, 65, formerly of Thomaston, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 4, at her home. Carol was born December 24, 1957, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Thomas J. and Lois (Hearn) Lyons. Carol was a resident of BARC for over forty years where she was well cared for and well loved. She was named Lake Ave. individual of the year in 2019. Carol loved music, especially Johnny Mathis, a love shared with her mother, babies and little kids, movies, her family and her BARC family. She is survived by her siblings, Marcee Miklinevich and her husband Bill of Thomaston, Thomas Lyons and his wife Becky of Fairfield, Lee Lyons Galatro and her husband Vito of Naples, FL and Lynn Lyons of Thomaston and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Susan. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 13, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Thomas Church in Thomaston.
