Terryville - Mrs. Cecile (Goad) Baserwski, 88, of One Blueberry Lane, Terryville, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 3, 2013 at Waterbury Hospital of natural causes. She was the widow of Mr. Michael J. Baserwski. Mrs. Baserwski was born on November 17, 1924 in St. Albans, Vermont, daughter of the late Laurence and Herminie (Rheaume) Goad. Cecile leaves behind two daughters, Dorothea and Catherine; two brothers, Lawrence and Robert Goad; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews and her Friday lunch friends. She is predeceased by her son, John Baserwski. Arrangements: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m., Friday, April 5, at St. Thomas Church. Burial will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at the Church.
