Celeste Marie Clark, 66, passed peacefully on Saturday, September 30th after another valiant battle with an aggressive cancer. She was surrounded by her entire family as she passed into heaven and reunited with her parents Laraine and Donald Leveillee.
C.C. was one of the most kind, hardworking, and loving people we all had the pleasure of knowing. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, "crazy Auntie" and friend to those she held closest to her heart. She loved her family, friends and dog (Sophie) above all else and gave everything she had to make sure they knew how important they were to her. She had a passion for cooking and making wonderful meals for gatherings. During the school year, you would find her working in the kitchens of Taft and Forman schools. Her summers were a cherished time filled with boating, beaches and making memories.
She is survived by her husband of almost 36 years, John Clark of Thomaston, her daughter and son-in-law, Shalan and Ken Paul of Colchester, and her grandson, Boden Paul of Colchester. She also leaves behind her brother, David Leveillee of Thomaston, brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Theresa Leveillee of Thomaston, and sister and brother-in-law, Collette and Roy Gangloff of Dummerston, VT. She was the fun and "crazy Auntie" to Shane and Matt Gangloff and Joe and Katelyn Leveillee. She loved, more than anything, to be surrounded by her family, and the children of her nephew and niece, sharing laughs and stories. Her laugh and love will always be in the hearts of all who were lucky enough to share them with her.
Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 15th at noon at the Thomaston Fish and Game Club (730 Old Northfield Rd). The family asks that you please bring your favorite photo of C.C. with a story.
