Thomaston Debra Ouellette, 62, of Thomaston passed away at Hartford Hospital on November 13, 2021. Debra was born on May 21, 1959 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Rudolph and Marie (Cray) Ouellette. Debra was a member of the America Legion in Thomaston. She enjoyed doing crafts and riding her motorcycle. She will be remembered for her love of animals. She is survived by her siblings, Brian Ouellette of Wolcott, and Sherri Ouellette of Terryville; two nieces; and two nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother, Donald Ouellette.
