Thomaston Diane O. Chase, 79, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2021 at Hartford Hospital. Diane was the loving wife of the late Riley R. Chase. Diane was born on January 16, 1942 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Edward and Cecile (Dery) Olcese. Diane attended local school and was a graduate of Thomaston High School. Diane loved her family, and her favorite moments involved her grandson, Daine. Diane loved her animals; her dog Teo, her cat Tye, her parakeet Tobi, and her conure Tiki. She is survived by her daughter, Traci L. Chase-Rodriquez and her husband Johnny of Terryville; her grandson Daine E. Rodriquez of Terryville; and her bother Edward Olcese and his wife Marie. She was predeceased by her brother Harold Olcese. Family and friends may call on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at Lyons Funeral Home, 46 High St., Thomaston.
