Thomaston- Mr. Donald E. Weeks, 63, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 5, 2012, at the Torrington Health and Rehabilitation Center after a long illness. Donald was a lifelong resident of Thomaston and was a graduate of Thomaston High School. He had been involved in scouting for many years and was the co-owner of Hartley Tool and Die with his partner David Pleva. Donald loved camping and his cat Randi and made many friends while camping in Goshen. He is survived by his parents, Richard R. and Dorothy (Williams) Weeks, Sr of Thomaston and two brothers, Richard Weeks, Jr and his wife Diane of Thomaston and Thomas Weeks of Campton, NH. Arrangements: A private graveside service will be held at the Hillside Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the Lyons Funeral Home of Thomaston.
