02Northfield- Mr. Edward James Mezocowski, 61, died Wednesday, November 7 at Haven Health Care Center in Torrington. Mr. Mezocowski was born February 10, 1946 in Waterbury son of Helen (Turek) Mezocowski and the late Edward Joseph Mezocowski. He was well known for the quilts that he designed, several of which had been placed on display. He was a communicant of St. Thomas Church in Thomaston. In addition to his mother he is survived by one sister, Barbara Gutowski of Millville, NJ; two aunts, Stasia Kleminowski and Helen Luboyeski; five nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Arrangements: Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday at 12:30 P.M. at St. Thomas Church, Thomaston. Burial is in St. Thomas Cemetery.
