Elizabeth Ann "Betsy" Brown, 53, passed away on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. Born on January 15, 1963, in Waterbury, CT, Betsy was the daughter of the late Robert J. and Mary Ann (Kraznowski) Brown. She was a lifelong resident of Thomaston, and worked in the deli department at Stop & Shop in Torrington for many years. Betsy is survived by her son, Daniel Brown; her brother, Robert Brown; her sisters, Lynda Avoletta; Susan Polzella; and Kathleen Maisto; several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Including her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Polly Ann Brown. In keeping with Betsys wishes, no services will be held at this time.
