Thomaston - Ellen M. Gangloff, 57, of Thomaston, died on Friday evening, January 17 at Waterbury Hospital. Ellen was born on Feb. 12, 1956 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Clarence "Hop" Gangloff and Margret Dayton Castellini. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Thomaston High School. Ellen is survived by her children, Robert McGoldrick, of West Bloomfield, MI, and Melissa McGoldrick, of Thomaston; a half-sister, Debra Gangloff of Sarasota, FL; two half-brothers, JR Castellini, of Thomaston, and Charlie Castellini, of Torrington; three grandchildren, Alexander and Margret McGoldrick, and Kevin Beardsworth; and several nieces and nephews . Funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
