Thomaston- Mr. Floyd E. Knox, Jr., 49, of Green Manor died Sunday, October 4 at his home. Mr. Knox was born May 11, 1960 in Waterbury son of Filomena (Grano) Mitchell of Stark, NH and the late Floyd E. Knox, Sr. Raised in Thomaston he was a graduate of Thomaston High School and had retired from Iseli Co. in Terryville were he had worked as a machinist. He loved music, played the guitar and horseshoes. In addition to his mother he is survived by one daughter, Erin Fielding of Colorado; three brothers, Mark Knox of Prospect, Michael Knox of Thomaston and Eric Knox of MA; two sisters, Desiree Baker and Felicity Knox both of MD and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a son Randy. Arrangements: A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 12 at 11:00 A.M. at the Northfield Cemetery in Northfield followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall of the Covenant Church 64 Grove St. Thomaston.
