Thomaston John S. Brown, 77, passed away on Monday, November 28, at his home. He was the husband of the late Rita (Johnson) Brown. John was born October 18, 1945 in Waterbury, son of the late Lincoln and Martha (Krasnowski) Brown. Raised in Thomaston he attended local schools and was a graduate of Thomaston High School. John is a Vietnam Veteran and served honorably until his discharge in 1967. He leaves his siblings, Lincoln, Christopher, Daniel and Christine. He was predeceased by two brothers, Douglas and Percy Brown. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, January 8, starting at 1:00 P.M. at the American Legion Clifford R.
