Thomaston - Mr. Kenneth W. Bradshaw, 67, of Thomaston, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Mrs. Janet (Cruski) Bradshaw. Kenneth was born on September 10, 1949 in Waterbury, son of the late Kenneth and Agnes (Cronin) Bradshaw. Kenneth served honorably in the U.S. Navy and was a long time employee at the United States Post Office. Kenneth loved fishing, camping and tending to his garden. He was also a very active member of the Waterbury Deep Sea Fishing Club. Besides his wife Janet of Thomason, Kenneth is survived by his daughters, Karri Engle and her husband Kevin, and Wendy Cody and her husband Greg, both of Terryville; five grandchildren, Kyle Engle, Kole Engle, Jordan Cody, Logan Cody, and Christina Conard; his sister, Patricia Whiteley and her husband Robert of Florida; his brother, Ronald Bradshaw and his wife Ann of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, Nov. 3 from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Lyons Funeral Home, 46 High St., Thomaston. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
