Obituary

Woodbury- Mrs. Mabel (Chipman) Woodbridge, 103, of White Oak Rd. died Tuesday, February 5 at her home. She was the widow of Franklyn A. Woodbridge. Mrs. Woodbridge was born June 9, 1904 in Thomaston daughter of the late Walter and Florence (Warner) Chipman. Raised in Thomaston she had worked for the Lyons family in many capacities for many years. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two daughters, Eleanor and Marjorie. The family would like to thank the staff of Hale Health Care and her caregivers who took care of Mabel as if she were their own family. Arrangements: Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 8 at 11:00 A.M. at the Lyons Funeral Home of Thomaston, 46 High St. Burial will be in the spring in New North Cemetery, Woodbury.
