Marilyn Ann Latina 1939-2020 Thomaston-Marilyn A Latina, 81, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Litchfield Woods Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late John Latina who she married in 1968. Marilyn was born at St Marys Hospital on March 2, 1939, daughter of the late Merton and N. Mae (Blackman) Fenn. She grew up on her parents dairy farm in Thomaston, CT and moved to Waterbury after marriage. She was a stay-at-home Mom and a communicant of The Basilica of the Immaculate Conception Church. She enjoyed going to the movies, music, photography, animals and of course spending time with her family. Marilyn will be remembered for her quiet but sweet disposition. Survivors include a daughter Grace Savage and her husband David of Naugatuck CT, (3) sisters, Lois Schenkel of Thomaston CT, Edith Vogt of Elk Grove CA, and Sharon Losee (Warren) of Thomaston CT, (1) brother, Richard Fenn of Cheyenne WY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Davis and a brother, Donald Fenn, both of Thomaston CT. Services will be private. The family would like to thank the staff at Litchfield Woods for their kindness and loving care of Marilyn.
