Farmington- Miss Marion E. Brown, 89, died Saturday, February 6, 2010, at the Avon Health Care Center. Miss Brown was born September 5, 1920 daughter of the late John M. and Helen E. (Wallace) Brown. She was a retired secretary for State of Connecticut, 14th Circuit Court. She was predeceased by her brother, John Brown and her long time friend Betty Garrison.
