Torrington- Mr. Mark F. Benoit, 60, died Tuesday, September 15 at his home after a long illness. Mr. Benoit was born October 17, 1948 in Waterbury son of Anne (McCarthy) Benoit of Stuart, Fl and the late Aram Benoit. In addition to his mother he is survived four brothers, John Benoit and his wife Kathleen of Stuart, FL, Kenneth Benoit and his wife Sandra of Watertown, Peter Benoit and his wife Betsy of Cary, NC and Joseph Benoit and his wife Ellyn of Oakville; one sister, Anne Crehan and her husband Brian of Port St. Lucie, FL and several nephews, nieces and great nephews and great nieces. Arrangements: A mass of Christian burial with cremains present will be held on Friday, September 18 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Leo the Great Church 14 Bentwood Drive Waterbury. There are no calling hours.
