Terryville Donald B. Harger, 64, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2018. He was the husband of Debra (Burzler) Harger for over 37 years. Donald was born in Hartford, CT on February 17, 1953 to Keith M. and Angeline (Zoia) Harger Donald was a graduate of Conard High School in West Hartford, Bryant University, and the University of Harford. He was a member of the Terryville Congregational Church. Donald was a CPA for over 40 years and was a principal of Donald T. Ostop and Co., P.C., in Farmington. In addition to his wife, Debbie, and his parents, Keith and Angeline, Donald is survived by his son, Jeffrey E. Harger, of NY; his daughter, Kristen L. Harger, of Terryville, and her significant other, Kenny Magner; his brother, Gary R. Harger, and his wife, Mary Ellen, of FL; his sister, Nancy Vazquez, and her husband, Martin, of MA; several nieces and nephews including Karen S. Wieman, and her husband, Greg; and lifelong close friends and family, Gary S. and Sylvia B. Squires, and Deb and Ron Beaudoin. Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Lyons Funeral Home, 46 High Street, Thomaston, followed by a funeral service at Terryville Congregational Church, 233 Main Street, Terryville for 1 p.m. Burial will be held in the Spring. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donalds name to the Development Office/Massachusetts General Hospital, 125 Nashua St., Suite 540, Boston, MA 02114-1101 for Dr. John H.
