Torrington Mr. Ernest Charles Fischer, Jr, 63, passed away at the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital on Friday, July 16, from injuries sustained in a motor cycle accident. Ernie was born March 17, 1958 in Waterbury and was raised by his late mother, Luella (Squires) Fischer. He had been employed at Summit Plating in Thomaston for over thirty years. He will be remembered for his love of fishing and riding his motor cycle with his biker family. He is survived by two sisters, Lynn Pray and Barbara Brown; four nieces, Kelly, Kim, Laurie and Jenny; 2 great nephews, Spencer and Joshua and three great nieces, Madison, Liza and Victoria. A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 8, at 1:00 P.M. at 341 Park Ave. in Torrington.
