NORTHFIELD - Mr. Gabriel Piotrowski, 75, of 486 Mason Hill Road, died Friday evening at his home. He was the husband of Jadwiga (Golebiewska) Piotrowski. Mr. Piotrowski was born on March 25, 1936 in Grojec, Poland a son of the late Adam and Felicjia (Gutowska) Piotrowski. He was retired as a machinist and entrepreneur. Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters, Elizabeth Norwood of Unionville, Mary Piotrowski of Groton, Halina Wagner of Hamden and four grandchildren. A memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, One East Main St., Thomaston. Burial will be in St. Thomas Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The Lyons Funeral Home, 46 High Street, Thomaston is in charge of arrangements.
