Thomaston Mr. Michael P. Guarnieri, Sr, 76, passed away on Friday, December 23, at Johnson Memorial Hospital. Michael was born November 27, 1946 in Bristol, son of the late Joseph and Eva (Greemore) Guarnieri. Raised in Thomaston he was a graduate of Thomaston High School and then went on to the University of Connecticut where he received a degree in mechanical engineering. He is survived by his son, Michael P. Guarnieri of New Britain; his daughter, Elizabeth Jamieson of Thomaston; his brothers, Patrick Guarnieri of FL and Christopher Guarnieri; his sister, Catherine Guarnieri of Waterbury; three grandchildren, Portia Morse Audra Maher and Helena Guarnieri; one great-grandson, Stephan Andrews and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held in Hillside Cemetery in the spring. Services Services are to be announced
