Thomaston - Mr. Phillip Howard Blanchard, 77, of Thomaston, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of Mrs. Shirley Blanchard.
Phillip was born on May 19, 1937 in Stamford, son of the late Mayo H. and Lucienne P. (Goyett) Blanchard. Phil served honorably in The U.S. Army.
