Obituary

Thomaston - Raymond A. "Pee Wee" Krzyczkowski, 91, died on Monday, February 2, at the Bristol Hospital. He was the widower of Dorothy (Fargo) Krzyczkowski. Mr. Krzyczkowski was born August 22, 1923 in Thomaston, son of the late Adolf and Johanna (Bartosirnski) Krzyczkowski. A lifelong resident of Thomaston, Raymond attended local schools and was a graduate of Thomaston High School, class of 1941. He had served honorably in the United States Army during WWII and was a member of the VFW Post 572. He had been employed for forty one years at Seth Thomas Clock Co. as a model maker. Upon his retirement from Seth Thomas he went on to work at Chesebrough Ponds in Shelton, retiring in the late 1980s. He enjoyed sports, time spent with his family and walking. He is survived by two daughters, Jean A. Traver and her husband Ronald of Bristol and Nancy Capobianco of Bristol; three grandchildren, Stephanie Lee and her husband William, John Ray Capobianco and Raymond Traver and his wife Jennifer; four great grandsons, Aidin, Ashtin, Arjay and Alexander; two sister-in-laws, Alice Blackman of Meriden and Ruth Vedovelli of FL and many nieces and nephews including Joyce Bachor of Stuart, FL. Arrangements: All funeral services are private. Arrangements are in the care of the Lyons Funeral Home of Thomaston. Memorial contributions may be made in Raymond's name to the Harold Leever Regional Cancer Center 1075 Chase Parkway Waterbury, CT 06708.
