Thomaston Mrs. Diane L. (Gregory) Pleva, 81, passed away on Wednesday evening, January 8, at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the loving wife of David T. Pleva. Diane was born March 4, 1943, in Waterbury, daughter of the late Frederick and Mary (MacClelland) Gregory. Raised in Terryville, she attended local schools and was a graduate of Terryville High School. Diane retired in 2008 from Adams IGA in Thomaston as the deli manager, she began working there in 1968. Diane enjoyed trips to the casino, bowling, the beach and taking walks in Central Park. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, David E. Pleva and his companion, Laura Senie of NY, NY; her brother, Donald Gregory of Torrington; her sister, Marguerite McIntyre of FL.
