Thomaston- Mrs. Margaret (DiLena) Barberet, 86, died Wednesday morning, December 12, at her home. She was the widow of Paul F. Barberet, Sr. Mrs. Barberet was born January 20, 1926 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Luigi and Attila (Carraba) DiLena. She had worked for many years at Risdon Manufacturing in Thomaston. She is survived by two sons, Paul F. Barberet, Jr and his wife Linda of Winsted and David M. Barberet, Sr and his wife Christine of New Hartford; one daughter, Valerie B. Ritucci and her husband Ron of Woodbury; one sister, Rigoletta Snell of Plantsville and eight grandchildren, SFC David M. Barberet, Jr, Katie Parente, Patrick Barberet, Timothy Barberet, Jill Harriman, Marie Barberet, Joseph Barberet and Thomas Ritucci. Arrangements: All funeral services are private. Arrangements are in the care of the Lyons Funeral Home of Thomaston.
