Thomaston- Mrs. Marie A. Pinette, 88, died Sunday morning, July 8, at the Torrington Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the widow of Claude J. Pinette. Mrs. Pinette was born June 19, 1924 in New Hartford, daughter of the late George and Mabel L. (Benidict) Heacox. Raised in Manchester she had attended local schools, moved to Thomaston in 1956 and had been employed at Torrington Special Products. She enjoyed the outdoors, scrap booking, listening to birds and loved all of her families many pets, considering them all her own. She was a communicant of St. Thomas Church. She is survived by her son, Edward J. Pinette and his wife Sharon M. Pinette of Torrington; her daughter, Karen J. Bouthillier and her fianc George Lyon of Thomaston; her sister, Albertine White of Thomaston; one granddaughter, Lisa A. Lyon and her husband Stephen R. Lyon of Thomaston and many nieces and nephews including, Jenny White. Arrangements: A graveside service will be held on Friday at 1:00 P.M. at St. Thomas Cemetery.
