Thomaston- Mrs. Stella B. (Alexander) Zakrewsky, 88, died Sunday, March 13, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington. She was the wife of Stephen Zakrewsky. Mrs. Zakrewsky was born June 4, 1922 in Northfield daughter of the late Louis and Barbara (Skerstonas) Alexander. She was raised in Thomaston and attended local schools. Stella had been employed for many years at New Departure in Bristol and Winchester Electronics in Oakville. In addition to her husband of 37 years she is survived by several nieces and nephews. Arrangements: All services are private. Burial will be in the spring in the Hillside Cemetery, Thomaston. Arrangements are in the care of the Lyons Funeral Home of Thomaston.
