Polly Ann Brown, 51 of Thomaston, passed away early Saturday morning, Feb. 25, 2012 at home surrounded by her family. Polly was born in Waterbury on November 19, 1960 a daughter of the late Robert J. and Mary Ann (Kraznowski) Brown. She had been a school bus driver for the town of Watertown. Polly had been a member of the Powder Puff Bowling League; enjoyed playing softball and reading. She leaves a son, Taylor Parson and a daughter Ann Parson and both of Thomaston; four sisters, Lynda Avoletta of Watertown, Susan Polzella of Terryville, Kathleen Maisto of Waterbury and Elizabeth Brown of Thomaston; and a brother, Robert Brown of Orlando. A memorial Mass will be held on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 19 Electric Ave., Thomaston. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Lyons Funeral Home, 46 High St., Thomaston. Contributions may be made to her children, Taylor and Ann for a purpose to be determined.
