Thomaston – Rodolphe A. Theriault, 81, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

Rodolphe was born in New Brunswick, Canada on April 2, 1944, son of the late Pierre and Ernestine (Godbout) Theriault. Rodolphe honorably served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a carpenter for many years and was an avid landscaper. He enjoyed his backyard brook and cookouts with his family.

Rodolphe will be remembered by his family for many things, including his love of fishing and trips to Canada to fish with his brother and son.

Rodolphe leaves behind his beloved children, Patty Engle, and Michael Theriault; his siblings, Gildor Theriault, Theresa & Carl Maffit; and Rejeanne & Real Martin; his treasured grandchildren, Ashley and Merissa Engle, Brooke and Trent Winston; Gabriella Theriault; Aidan Davis, Ty, Ava, Emma, and Tess Harkness; his great-grandchildren, Sophia and Savannah Cribley, and Paisley Partin; his sister in law, Lisa Theriault; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. He will also be missed by his beloved dog, Jeter.

Rodolphe is predeceased by his daughter, Nicole Theriault; siblings, Morris Theriault, Bernadette McLaughlin, and Pierre Theriault.

A funeral home service will be held on Friday, June 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Lyons Funeral Home, 46 High Street, Thomaston. Friends and family may gather from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
