Litchfield- Rose Anna (Schmeiler) Lannan, died November 5, 2009 at Rose Haven in Litchfield. Rose was the widow of John A. Lannan Jr. Rose was born on April 4, 1923 in Greenwich, daughter to the late Arthur and Anna (Jensen) Schmeiler. She had spent many of her years in Hamden before moving to Northfield. She leaves a son, Jack Lannan and his wife Donna Fusco of Northfield, two grandchildren, Morgan and Scott Lannan, as well as nieces, Dale Kach of Madison, Martie Gramlich of Ridgefield, Sandy Buzzoto and a nephew Michael Schmeiler of Greenwich.Arrangements: Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
