Shannon (Egan) Ricard, 49, passed away on Monday, January 25, at her home after a brief illness. She was the widow of Thomas Ricard. Shannon was born December 6, 1971 in Waterbury, daughter of Evelyn (Little) Egan of Thomaston and the late Martin F. Egan, III. Raised in Thomaston she attended local schools and was a graduate of Thomaston High School, class of 1990. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Marty Egan and his wife JoAnn of Terryville; two uncles, David Little and his wife Candace of Prospect and Bobby Little of Waterbury and her mother-in-law, Cecile Ricard of Canton.
