Terryville- Stephen J. Kloss, 37, died Wednesday, February 16. He was the husband of DeAnn L. (Cyr) Kloss.
Stephen was born March 10, 1973 in Waterbury son of Richard S. Kloss of Polk City, FL and Karen (Gooley) Moreau of Bristol. He was raised in Thomaston and attended local schools. Following high School he took over the operations of Kloss Construction Company, which was founded by his father. Stephen loved motorcycles and was an avid rider and a member of HOG.
In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by his maternal grandfather, Raymond J. Gooley of Thomaston; one brother, Richard Kloss of Tampa, FL; one sister, Emily Wilson of Coventry; his step-mother, Patricia C. Kloss and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews
Arrangements: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 21, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Thomas Church in Thomaston. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Calling hours are Sunday from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the Lyons Funeral Home 46 High Street Thomaston.
