Thomaston- Mrs. Thelma (Garuti) Tingley, 90, died Tuesday, January 6 at Wolcott Hall Specialty care in Torrington. She was the widow of Kenneth L. Tingley, Sr. Mrs. Tingley was born April 28, 1918 in Plymouth, MA. daughter of the late Henry and Erma (Zuccelli) Garuti. She was a graduate of the Remington School of Business with a degree in Secretarial Service and had been a communicant of St. Thomas Church in Thomaston. She is survived by one son, Kenneth L. Tingley, Jr of Litchfield; one daughter, Susan Chenette of Fairport, NY; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. Arrangements: All services are private.
