Thomaston Virginia Meehan, 91, passed away on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. She was the wife of the late Vincent Meehan. Virginia was born in Pawtucket, RI, daughter of Frank and Grace (McKenna) Farrell. She was a CNA at Watertown Convalarium for over 35 years. Virginia is survived by her sons, Dennis Duffany, and his wife, Michelle; and Daniel Duffany; her daughter, Eileen Johannessen, and her husband, John; her sister, Patricia Weiss; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Including her husband, Vincent, Virginia was predeceased by her brothers, James Farrell and Thomas Farrell. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 18 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, Thomaston. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Virginias name to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, PO Box 1893, Memphis, TN 38101-9950.
