Mr Carl L. Desrochers

Thomaston – Carl L. Desrochers, 60, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 13.

Carl was born May 4, 1959 in Torrington, son of the late Andrew F. and Mildred (Menke) Desrochers. Raised in Thomaston he attended local schools and was a graduate of Oliver Wolcott Technical High School, class of 1977. After high school he began his employment with the Cly - Del Manufacturing Company in Waterbury and faithfully worked there until his death. He was an avid Red Sox fan, but more than anything he loved the cottage in Maine and fishing on Lake Damariscotta.

He is survived by his siblings, Anne Catherine Godbout, Paul Desrochers, Carol Jones, Philip Desrochers, Daniel Desrochers, Stephen Desrochers, Therese Alexson and Richard Desrochers; his uncle, Roger Desrochers and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his siblings, Thomas, Peter and John Desrochers.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, August 24, at the Lyons Funeral Home 46 High St. from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. Burial will be private.
