Mary H. Tracy

Thomaston – Mrs. Mary (Hedler) Tracy, 97, formerly of Green Manor, died on Sunday, July 5. She was the widow of Paul H. Tracy.

Mary was born December 5, 1922 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Carl and Kate (Fitzpatrick) Hedler. For a number of years she worked as a hairdresser at Howland and Hughes in Waterbury and later in life she worked at Thomaston Special Tool and Seth Thomas Clock Company. Mary enjoyed knitting and making bride dolls. She was a member of St. Peter’s Trinity Church.

Mary is survived by a daughter, Eileen and son, Carl and his wife Deborah Schreiber, two grandsons, Daniel and Jacob and many nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at the Hillside Cemetery.
