Mr Angelo BrunettiDecember 17, 1923 ~ September 20, 2017 (age 93)
Thomaston – Angelo Brunetti, 93, formerly of Waterbury, passed away on Friday morning, September 20, at the Waterbury Hospital. He was the husband of the late Margery (Fenn) Brunetti.
Angelo was born December 17, 1923 in Waterbury, son of the late Vincenzo and Michelina (Vece) Brunetti. Raised in Waterbury he had attended Driggs School and had served honorably in the United States Army. For 34 years he was employed at Scovill Manufacturing and then went on to work in maintenance at the Taft School in Watertown for several years. He was a lifelong member of the United Methodist Church of Waterbury and had been involved in many church groups over the years. He will be remembered as an avid boxing fan, especially a fan of Rocky Marciano.
Angelo is survived by one daughter, Linda Kenneson and her husband Dale of Putnam Valley, NY; one son, Vincent Brunetti of Thomaston; four grandchildren, Joyce Kenneson, Michelle Kenneson St. John and her husband Mark, David Kenneson and his wife Desiree and Raymond Kenneson; his sister-in-law, Kay Brunetti of Wolcott and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael, Joseph, Armand and Tony Brunetti and his sister, Isabelle Santoro.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 22, at 10:00 A.M. at the United Methodist Church of Waterbury, 250 Country Club Rd. Burial will be private.
